Down's Heart Group is one of the official charities at a series of fun runs being held across the country this summer. Can you run or walk 5k to raise funds for us?

These fun runs are open to all ages and abilities, so why not make a day of it, take a picnic and enjoy the stunning scenery the parks have to offer.

Get discounted entry by running for DHG

If you nominate DHG as your chosen charity you receive £2 discount on your entry fee. Prices are £8 with discount, £10 without or for under 18's and over 65's, £5 with discount and £6 if you don't nominate DHG.
