Down's Heart Group has an online community of worldwide contacts who keep in touch via email messages. Members can elect to receive individual emails, a daily digest or to read messages by going to the online message board. BILD - The British Institute of Learning DisabilitiesWorks with the government and other organisations to improve the lives of people with learning disabilities. Contact a FamilyContact a Family is the only UK-wide charity providing advice, information and support to the parents of all disabled children - no matter what their disability or health condition. We also enable parents to get in contact with other families, both on a local and national basis.www.cafamily.org.uk
Early SupportEarly Support is for families with young disabled children. It is the Government’s recommended approach to co-ordinating services across England. This website is for anyone who works regularly with very young children and for families.
